This new course discusses local plant communities and their conditions, as well as how to assess the conditions of your garden site, including climate, soil, sunlight and space. A valuable class for beginners and the prerequisite for our Three-Part Native Garden Design Course.

Lili is an award-winning horticulturist, educator and garden writer, and TPF’s Director of Special Projects and Adult Education.
